Oasis Hotel
Project Overview
The Oasis Hotel project focused on designing a comprehensive management system tailored for the role of a shift supervisor.
In the dynamic environment of a hotel, shift supervisors are responsible for coordinating staff, responding to guest needs, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly across multiple departments.
My process involved mapping user journeys, identifying pain points in communication and task management, and developing a clear interface that centralizes information in one place.
The result is a system that empowers supervisors to make quick, informed decisions, reduces friction between departments, and ultimately enhances the guest experience by streamlining the hotel’s behind-the-scenes operations.

The Persona
Background
This is David, 37, a shift manager and a candidate for promotion.
Needs

Clarity is critical for him. He wants everything visible, and to know what’s happening at any given moment.
Pain Points
Shift supervisors struggled with scattered communication, task overload, and lack of real-time visibility. These gaps caused delays, guest dissatisfaction, stressful handovers, and frequent errors across departments.
